1. Information We Collect

When you create a Sendpact account, we collect your email address. When you create proposals, we store the proposal content, including client names and email addresses that you voluntarily enter. We do not collect any information from your clients beyond what you provide in a proposal.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store or have access to your credit card numbers or bank account details. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored with Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider. We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit to protect your information.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the Sendpact service: creating proposals, sending them to clients, processing signatures, and collecting deposits. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

Sendpact uses cookies limited to authentication purposes only. These cookies keep you signed in to your account. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
