1. Description of Service
Sendpact is a platform that helps solo freelancers create proposals, collect e-signatures from clients, and receive deposit payments — all through a single shareable link.
2. Subscription Plans
Sendpact offers three subscription tiers:
- Free — 1 active proposal, e-signature, and public link.
- Solo — $12/mo. Unlimited proposals, deposit collection, and email notifications.
- Pro — $19/mo. Everything in Solo plus custom branding, templates, and reminders.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Payments
All subscription and deposit payments are processed by Stripe. Sendpact does not store your payment card information. You are responsible for any fees charged by Stripe.
5. Legal Nature of Signatures
The e-signature feature provided by Sendpact is designed to make agreement convenient, but it may not be legally enforceable in all jurisdictions. For high-value contracts or disputes, we recommend consulting a qualified lawyer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sendpact is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms, engaged in abusive behavior, or used the service for unlawful purposes.
