How do clients sign a proposal?
Your client opens the link you send, reviews the proposal, types their name in the signature field, and clicks 'Sign & pay deposit'. No account is required on their end.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All deposits and subscriptions are processed through Stripe with bank-level encryption. We never store or see your card numbers.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the Billing page in your account settings and click 'Cancel subscription'. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do refunds work?
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you are eligible for a refund under exceptional circumstances, contact us and we will review your case.
